To qualify for return, items must stay unused, unaltered and keep their original resale condition. The full set of original packaging, tags, labels and matching accessories must be sent back together. If the original packaging is damaged, lost or heavily worn, your return application will be rejected. When applying for a return, please provide your order number and purchase proof, such as the order confirmation email or order screenshot.

Please email our support team within the 30-day return window after you receive your goods. In your email, attach your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and briefly describe your reason for return. Our team will review your application and send official return authorization.
Important: Do not send back items without our prior written approval. Shipments sent without authorization may be rejected and will not be processed. Please carefully repack your products and deliver them to the return mailing address listed above. Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, we will inform you of the inspection result and proceed with your refund or exchange.
Returns due to personal preference (change of mind): You shall bear all return shipping costs. The original outbound shipping fee will not be refunded.
For defective goods, items broken on arrival or incorrect shipments (our mistake): petrelsora operated by Zhaoqing Kouqi Trading Co., Ltd. will cover eligible return shipping fees. Photos proving defects, damage or wrong items are required.
After your returned items pass inspection and your refund is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment account. It normally takes 5–10 business days for your bank or payment platform to finish the refund transfer. We are not liable for delays brought by third-party payment providers.
You can cancel your order and get a full refund before shipment or production completion. Once the parcel is dispatched, order cancellation is unavailable. You can submit a return request after receiving the package in accordance with this return policy.
